Why do we care about the Culture of Respect?

As part of the campaign Culture of Respect, several webinars have been prepared. They concern ways of communication and cooperation with mutual respect and trust. They will be hosted by specialists from the University of Gdańsk: Assoc. Prof. Natasza Kosakowska-Berezecka, Dr Habil. and Magdalena Żadkowska Ph.D. During the first webinar the organisation culture of the University has been discussed. The experts emphasised that all community members have to show respect and help newcomers in discovering new environment. In the second part of meeting students and employees of the Medical University of Gdańsk explained, why they feel like members of the academic soiety and what does our University mean to them.
